Erik Mikac

Erik was born in Monterey, California. He became impassioned by technology while working as an Electronics Technician in the Navy. That passion brought him to Indiana University where he received a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. He loves to pass the days playing guitar (sometimes too loudly) and hiking with his wife and son.

Professional Experience:

Erik loves to blend two of his favorite hobbies: writing and technology. Not only does he do that at CBT Nuggets, but in the iOS App Store where he released a children's story called Tales of Covarnius (It has multiple endings!). He has also worked in the IT industry as a full stack developer for 6 years, specializing in Java Spring Boot and the Angular Framework. However, his biggest speciality is figuring things out on the fly.
