Amazon Web Services (AWS) have taken the world by storm since it's official launch in 2006. It started with an innovative use of spare, aging, but capable computing resources. Amazon found a way to virtualize and abstract the hardware that would ultimately be used to drive the software for a business IT resource. By eliminating the need for specific hardware, the entire IT infrastructure has been revolutionized. IT teams no longer have to build servers, worry about redundancy of hardware, or worry about scaling hardware either up or down based on need. What used to take days or weeks to plan, buy, install, and configure, can now be done in seconds. Want a new server? Click, click, click, select the size of processor, RAM, etc. and you have a server. That's where it started.
Now, years after that innovative start, with services and capabilities being added at a breakneck pace, there is very little that can't be virtualized in the AWS cloud. The increase in capability when moving from physical, on premises hardware to an AWS virtualized infrastructure is mind boggling. With virtual private networks and circuits, intrusion protection, virtualized firewalls, and many other protection services, there is little to no security risk with an AWS virtualized IT infrastructure, certainly less risk that a physical on premises IT infrastructure.
The second huge innovation that AWS brought was the ability to pay for your services by the hour, based on resources used. This guarantees that your IT infrastructure will always be utilizing the hardware you "purchase" at a rate of 100%. It used to be that IT would buy more hardware than needed to build in capacity for growth and to account for the time, risk, and expense of adding hardware to an existing system. Typical cost savings from moving from on premises IT infrastructure to AWS virtualized infrastructure can be as high as 90%.
You can start taking advantage of these innovations with our comprehensive training courses.

Even people who spend a lot of time with Google products might pause when they see the name "Google Workspace". What exactly is Google Workspace and how is it different from G Suite or Google Apps? The short answer is nothing. In October 2020, Google rebranded their suite of productivity software apps as Google Workspace. Functionally, very little changed about the productivity applications with the rebrand, although Google does plan to add even more interoperability between the different applications than is already possible.
Google has software-as-a-service offerings for email, chat, video conferencing, scheduling, data storage, word processing, spreadsheets, form generation, and more. The productivity suite isn't just useful, it's also priced right for companies from as small as one-person teams to global enterprises. This Google Workspace training illustrates how to make full use of all of Google's productivity apps — there are nearly a dozen of them, and each comes with a wide range of capabilities and functionality.

Database administrators need to know how an Oracle database operates inside and out. This Oracle training offers a deep dive both into Oracle and Oracle’s flavor of SQL — Oracle SQL.
All firewalls control traffic with an Access Control List, but next-gen firewalls have a few more bells and whistles. Next-generation firewalls control traffic based on the application and deep packet inspection, which is great. But the thing Palo Alto brings to the table is a firewall that can dynamically learn about threats across the entire internet. The moment a threat is discovered on the internet, that information is communicated to your firewall.
Palo Alto has some of the most advanced security appliances on the market. To use these firewalls, you’ll first need to know what they can do, and then how to make sure they’re working properly. This Palo Alto training will help you with both.

Salesforce is a leading customer relationship management platform (CRM) that allows organizations to build stronger relationships with customers and potential leads. For the last few years, Salesforce has been transitioning users from its Classic platform to its Lightning platform.
With each release, Salesforce Lightning becomes more stable and moves closer to being the default interface for Salesforce. But, Classic is still very much alive. Salesforce may not be developing new features for Classic, but it’s not taking any away. That means this Salesforce Classic training is still the perfect user training for any office that hasn’t switched over.
This move from Classic to Lightning — and the lingering of Classic — has caused concern among both users and administrators. For users, they need to learn a whole new interface, which keeps them on Classic. For administrators, they have to not only support an entire new Salesforce, but also train users on the new interface while still supporting the old interface. This training will help both Classic and Lightning users — and also help administrators transition their users to Lightning.
