If you’re in America, you’re probably familiar with the National 911 Program — a single phone number that can be called from any phone to be connected to emergency services like police, fire or health. Before 1968, you had to know the 10-digit phone number for the right department. It’s now hard to imagine a world without 911.
Supporting Secure Operations and Incident Response training is like a mini-911 for your own organization’s systems and networks. With this training, you learn how to keep your networks secure, but maybe most importantly, how to respond and keep everyone on the same page when something does go wrong.
The three-part series covers topics such as providing endpoint detection and response capabilities, evaluating existing incident response plans and updating as necessary, and identifying stakeholders who’ll need updates throughout incident response processes.
