What is the Office 365 Security Dashboard?

The Office 365 Security Dashboard includes a set of widgets that can help you monitor security threats relating to your Office 365 subscription. Depending on your subscription, this can include Threat Management Summary, Threat Protection Status, Global Weekly Threat Detections, Malware and Insights.

The Threat Management Summary summarizes how your subscription was protected against threats during the past seven days. In Threat Protection Status, you will see how effective Office 365 has been against malware and phishing attacks. The Global Weekly Threat Detections shows you how many threats were detected in email messages during the past seven days. Finally, Malware details trends in malware during the past seven days while Insights list key security issues that you should review.

You can open the Security Dashboard by going to Threat management > Dashboard in the Security & Compliance Center. In order to do this, you must be a global administrator, a security administrator or a security reader.
