When I'm not making CBT Nuggets videos, you'll find me Spending quality time with my wife and daughter; playing guitar; reading classic literature; running.

Favorite Nugget: My favorite series (I can't think of a single favorite nugget movie) was Python because I recorded it during the final month of my wife's pregnancy and the first month of my daughter's life. In other words, I became a first-time father while doing that series!

The best part about being a trainer is

* Meaningful contact with my students (I know that I am helping them to better themselves professionally and perhaps even personally).

* Teaching requires that you really "deep dive" into the material more than I would if I only worked in the field.

I'm passionate about IT training because:

* IT is one of those fields that unless you are constantly abreast of the latest developments, you will fall behind and eventually get left behind in the dust. IT training ensures that this won't happen to you.
